二、硬巖破碎技術突破，全流程方案彰顯實力
生產線采用黎明重工"顎破+圓錐破+立軸沖擊破"的經典三段式配置，針對高原特性進行了專項技術升級：
粗碎環節 PE750*1060顎式破碎機采用重型化轉子與液壓調整裝置，破碎比達6:1，輕松處理粒徑600mm以下的塊狀棄渣，并通過"曲面齒板"設計降低能耗；
中細碎環節 HPT300多缸液壓圓錐破應用層壓破碎原理，配備智能控制系統實時調節排料口，使中間品針片狀含量低于8%，為制砂工序奠定基礎；
整形制砂環節 VSI6X1150制砂機通過"石打石+石打鐵"復合模式，成品砂細度模數可精準調控，石粉含量穩定控制在7%-10%區間。
此外，該生產線還配備了圓振動篩、洗砂機、細沙回收機和壓濾機等輔助設備，實現了砂石骨料的精細加工和環保生產。整個系統設計合理，運行穩定，時產可達200噸左右，滿足了久馬高速公路建設對砂石骨料的大規模需求。

粗碎后的石料進入HPT300多缸液壓圓錐破碎機。這是整條線的核心。采用層壓破碎原理，成品粒型均勻，針片狀含量控制在10%以下。自動過鐵保護、液壓清腔系統，即便在高原惡劣環境下，依然保持穩定運轉。
VSI6X1150制砂機采用“石打石+石打鐵”雙模式切換，成品砂粒型圓潤，級配合理。這正是高速公路路面層最需要的——粒形好，意味著壓實度高；級配合理，意味著路面更耐用。
