該項目位于山東平度，依托當地豐富的花崗巖資源，采用黎明重工科技與世邦集團聯合設計的全封閉環保生產線，實現花崗巖尾礦的好的回收利用。

山東時產800噸碎石制砂生產線山東青島時產800噸砂石加工項目，采用標準化設計、模塊化布置。配備污水處理系統，循環利用水洗制砂，產出高品質機制砂。該碎石制砂生產線，加工物料為廢棄花崗巖尾礦尾料，通過給料機將石塊送入PE1200×1500顎式破碎機粗碎，后經HST315單缸液壓圓錐破碎機和兩臺HPT多缸液壓圓錐破碎機中細碎，兩臺VSI6X立軸沖擊式破碎機整形制砂。整條生產線配置六臺振動篩篩分處理，產出建設用碎石、機制砂等高附加值建筑材料。
花崗巖制砂生產線設計方案（二）制砂、洗砂工藝部分整型制砂采用立軸沖擊式破碎機，經過振動篩篩分的不同規格料送往成品料倉，0-5mm機制砂經過洗砂機和脫水篩處理后，送往成品砂堆。污水重復利用不外排，壓縮泥餅可作為制磚廠的原料。
時產300噸花崗巖板材尾料破碎制砂生產線，采用顎破+單缸圓錐+立軸沖擊破三級破碎制砂工藝。
智能控制配備物聯網監控系統，實時監測設備運行參數，自動調節生產節奏，降低人工干預。
