項(xiàng)目概況
內(nèi)蒙古包頭磁鐵礦選礦生產(chǎn)線位于固陽縣銀號鎮(zhèn)，原設(shè)計產(chǎn)能400噸/時。由于原設(shè)備性能不穩(wěn)定、工藝流程不合理，實(shí)際產(chǎn)能長期不達(dá)標(biāo)，2020年8月關(guān)鍵設(shè)備頻繁故障嚴(yán)重影響生產(chǎn)。
技術(shù)升級方案
（1）設(shè)備改造：
粗碎：采用PEW860歐版顎破/C6X系列顎破替換原設(shè)備，解決卡料問題，效率提升20%
中碎：升級為HST250單缸液壓圓錐破，優(yōu)化破碎比
（2）工藝流程優(yōu)化：
實(shí)施"三段閉路破碎"工藝：
① 粗碎（C6X顎破）：處理60-300mm礦石
② 中碎（HST圓錐破）：液壓保護(hù)系統(tǒng)確保連續(xù)作業(yè)
③ 細(xì)碎（HPT多缸圓錐破）：產(chǎn)出13mm以下成品
